Dr Aditya Singh

After graduating from the University of Delhi, India in 2000, Adi successfully sat the International Qualifying exam held by the GDC UK in 2006. Adi has gained clinical experience while working at Hospitals and Dental Practices. He has a keen interest in Dental Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside work, Adi likes to spend his free time with family and playing cricket.
Liz qualified as a dental nurse in 1997, and later gained the certificate in oral health education. In 2001 she gained a level 5 diploma in Management. Liz Managed a dental practice in Bradford for 15 years prior to moving to Sheffield in 2104, she started work at Hemper Lane dental practice in the December of 2014. She took over the role of practice manager in April 2018. When not working Liz enjoys spending time with her family and walking her 2 dogs.
Cheryl is a registered Dental hygiene therapist at our Practice. She graduated from Sheffield University in June 2006 with distinction and won the prize for best overall clinical performance. Cheryl is a passionate and enthusiastic cyclist. Out of work, Cheryl enjoys lots of dog walking with her black Cocker Spaniel ‘Jarvis’.
Ivy started as a Dental Nurse in 2003 and went on to study Dental Hygiene and Therapy at Sheffield University, qualifying in 2017. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 2 sons and travelling.
Steph started her dental career as a dental nurse and then went on to study dental hygiene and therapy at Sheffield university qualifying in 2018. In her spare time Steph enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her baby niece! Steph also enjoys travelling and has visited many amazing countries.
Leah qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and has since worked in NHS and Private dental practices. Leah has also completed her training in dental radiography, impression taking and foundation training in implant care.
When not at work Leah likes to spend time with her expanding family.
Lee-Ann joined Hemper Lane Dental Practice in 2016. She brings with her over thirty years nursing experience in NHS and Private Dentistry.
She enjoys spending her spare time with family, walking her dogs and going to the gym and has recently taken up boating on most weekends at Trent and Mersey canal.
Becky completed her City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in Dental Nursing in 2011. Becky worked at her previous practice in Sheffield as head nurse for 10 years and whilst there worked alongside Aditya Singh for 8 years. She has also gained a certificate in oral health education and completed the health education England topical fluoride application course. Becky particularly likes seeing her patients for oral health education and seeing the improvements patients make with the right advice and guidance. In her spare time Becky loves taking holidays and spending time with her family and friends.
Amanda has worked as a qualified dental nurse for nearly 30 years. She previously worked with Dr Adi Singh for 8 years, before returning to work alongside him at Hemper Lane Dental Practice. Amanda also works part time at Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in the Orthodontic department. She has also worked at Chesterfield Royal Hospital in the Maxillofacial department where she worked on orthodontic, minor oral surgery and skin/oncology clinics. Amanda’s further qualification include the certificate in dental radiology.
Jane is a NEBDN qualified dental nurse, with 20 years’ experience in NHS and private practice, Jane’s experience includes implant nursing, orthodontic nursing and assisting during facial aesthetics treatments.
Jane’s further qualifications include Impression taking (Bath royal hospital) and Introduction to implant nursing (Bath dental implant clinic)
Jane has a friendly, helpful and conscientious nature and enjoys working in a dental environment, due to the busy, varied and caring aspect of the role.
Outside of work Jane enjoys a healthy lifestyle which includes swimming and spinning classes, she also enjoys going to the cinema and the theatre and also has a passion for travel.
Sarah qualified from the university of Bristol in 2018. She graduated as the winner of the endodontic prize (Root canal treatment) from the American Association of endodontists. She went straight into a maxillary and oral surgery post in Hull, where she was dealing with head and neck cancer, broken jaws, and deep cuts to the head and neck. She has a special interest and difficult extractions of teeth, as she ran her own list in hospital. She joined Hemper Lane Dental Practice in 2019 and has enjoyed working with our team and treating her lovely patients. She is a member of the BDA and has recently been successful in completing part 1 of her MJDF exams. Sarah enjoys spending time with her patients to give them a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan, answer all of her patient’s questions and show them how to look after their teeth so they can try and keep them forever! In her spare time, Sarah loves travelling to exotic locations all over the world, walking in the country and trying different foods here in Sheffield’s lovely restaurants. She loves spending time with her friends and family and spoiling her niece and nephew!
Trainee Dental Nurse
Shareece left school in the summer of 2018, her ambition was to become a qualified dental nurse. She joined Hemper Lane dental practice straight from school in August 2018 and started her dental nurse apprenticeship in January 2019, she hopes to qualify in 2020.
Shareece enjoys her time in surgery, assisting the dentist whilst taking care of patient needs during their treatment.
Out of work Shareece is a talented dancer, and regularly tours the country taking part in dance competitions.
